3. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

3.1 Data You Provide Directly

• Account information: Email address, name, password (hashed), organization name, and role when you create an account;
• Brand information: Brand name, description, tone of voice, visual identity preferences, and other brand DNA data you provide during onboarding and configuration;
• Payment information: Billing details processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or CVV — Stripe handles this as an independent data controller under PCI DSS compliance;
• Communications: Messages you send to our support team or feedback you provide.

3.2 Data from Third-Party Integrations

• Shopify data: When you connect your Shopify store, we access product catalogs (names, descriptions, images, prices, variants), inventory levels, order data (aggregated sales metrics), customer segment counts, abandoned checkout counts, store analytics, and reports. We request the following Shopify API access scopes: read_products, read_orders, read_all_orders, read_inventory, read_customers, read_checkouts, read_analytics, and read_reports.
